Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Image Description Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from this page.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service description

Image Description Generator provides digital AI tools that analyze uploaded images and generate text-based outputs such as descriptions, alt text, captions, prompts, tags, and content drafts.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsuitable, or inconsistent with your intended use. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, relying on, or using them in commercial, accessibility, SEO, legal, compliance, or professional workflows.

The service is not a legal, medical, financial, accessibility-compliance, or professional-advice service.

Accounts, uploads, and user content

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You retain ownership of images and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, debug, and operate the service.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process images through the service.
  • You may not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
  • You are responsible for keeping copies of your own files and outputs. The service should not be used as your only storage location.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing material.
  • Do not upload or process images that violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or data protection rights.
  • Do not use the service to process regulated or highly sensitive data unless you have appropriate authorization and safeguards.
  • Do not attempt to avoid quotas, credits, billing rules, rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
  • Do not use automated access, bots, scraping, resale, or bulk extraction unless we have given written permission.

AI outputs and user responsibility

Generated content is a draft. You are responsible for checking accuracy, context, legality, accessibility suitability, product claims, OCR results, brand references, and any third-party rights before use.

We do not guarantee that generated alt text will make a website legally compliant, that generated SEO metadata will improve rankings, or that generated prompts or copy will meet a particular commercial result.

Credits, free quota, and subscriptions

  • Anonymous free usage, signup bonus credits, paid credits, subscription credits, and High Quality mode access may be subject to limits, expiration rules, abuse checks, or billing rules shown in the product or pricing page.
  • Credits are digital service units for using generation features. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, bank deposits, or transferable currency.
  • We may update free quotas, credit costs, plan names, feature access, or usage rules prospectively. Changes will not intentionally remove already purchased credits without a valid reason such as fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, legal requirement, or account termination.

Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Paid plans, billing periods, renewal terms, currency, applicable taxes, and total charges should be shown before checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize the applicable charge.

If you select a recurring plan, it renews until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future subscription charges.

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, exchange fees, or payment-provider charges that apply to your purchase.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility, processing times, and cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy. Consumer rights required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, provider, or business reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, abuses free or paid usage, infringes rights, causes payment disputes, or may expose the service or others to harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, software, interface, and service content are owned by Image Description Generator or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

Except for rights needed to provide the service, we do not claim ownership of user uploads. Rights in generated outputs may depend on applicable law, third-party model terms, input rights, and how you use the output.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every region, compatible with every browser, or that outputs will be accurate, lawful, accessible, SEO-effective, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Image Description Generator and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the service.
